Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Community Integrations Specialist role in an Individual and Family Services Company based in California. The company is looking for a bilingual English and Mandarin speaker to be responsible for records and report writing, Keeping track of each participant's progress toward their individual goals, and acting as their case manager.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Chinese is required.
- Coaching, time management, cooperation/teamwork, and the development of positive professional relationships are all essential skills.
- Emailing and using Microsoft Word are examples of basic computer skills.
- Passion for improving and enriching the lives of people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a record of each participant's advancement toward achieving their unique objectives and serve as their case manager.
- Individual programme plans should be developed, reviewed, and evaluated.
- Keeping records and writing reports.
- Contact family members, carers, and case managers.
- Establish and maintain contact with the community.
