Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the CFO with assistance with account reconciliations, cost schedules, etc.
• Compile electronic data and required documentation to create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts.
• Write up and prepare financial status and transaction reports, such as a profit and loss statement and other required reports.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as any applicable laws.
• Participate actively in all aspects of the company's financial management, including account reconciliations and reporting to the appropriate parties.
• Coordination of more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other accounting and finance team members or other departments.
• Keeping proper financial records.
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Assist with a range of accounting and financial tasks.
• Create a budget and prepare financial statements on time.
• Accounts payable and receivable must be verified, allocated, posted, and reconciled.
• Analyze financial data and summarise the financial situation.
• Participate in the development of financial standards and the forecasting process.
• Organize audits both internally and externally to ensure compliance.
• Help with the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
