We have an exciting opportunity for a Media Account Manager role in a Beijing headquartered Advertising Services agency. It is a multi-award-winning, integrated global digital advertising agency that has grown to become an industry leader. They are seeking to hire a bi-lingual Chinese-speaking person possessing extensive experience for minimum 5 years.
Job Requirements:
- Having worked for a digital media advertising agency for at least 5 years.
- Chinese skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate's degree holder in a business-related field with a focus on marketing, communication, or market research.
- Knowledge in integrated marketing communication business development, or a bachelor's degree in marketing communications or journalism.
- Accredited on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic platforms, Twitter Ads, and DOOH.
- Extensive knowledge of paid digital media platforms.
- A solid understanding of the industry's issues, a perspective for its expansion, and a commitment to advancing market-leading strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of simultaneously leading and managing multiple projects with a diverse range of internal and external constituents.
- Capable of thinking strategically about complicated problems and developing suggestions and action plans.
- Work on a hybrid back-to-work routine.
- Based within commutable distance of Playa Vista.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the long-term and daily schedules of the key agency management.
- Organize and direct the teams responsible for paid advertising and ad operations.
- With the assistance of managers and supervisors, oversee media planning and buying operations.
- Own the client relationship for the assigned brand(s); present recommendations, perspectives, or strategies from the agency to successfully persuade the client to achieve the brand's goals.
- Utilize a holistic marketing approach to brands, taking into account all digital marketing channels, communications, and advertising to produce results that satisfy client needs.
- Staff, oversee, and direct the assigned account team to guarantee that team members are aware of and adhere to defined agency account processes, such as but not limited to account files, approval processes, and status reports, as well as changes to organizational structure.
- Liaise between cross-functional partners and the client to ensure that all contractual deliverables are completed and that deadlines are met, as well as establish and oversee all requisite internal and external procedures to ensure efficient communication and expectations are fulfilled.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with agency influencers and client decision-makers, and look for business possibilities.
- Respond to RFPs as the media expert and actively find ways to continue engaging with and expanding assigned accounts by working with the new business team and strategy teams.
- Lead and advice major brands within the portfolio.
- Create and deliver creative ideas that meet client objectives through a diverse range of experiential tactics such as live events, social networks, emerging technology, and strategic partnerships.
