We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time (3 days a week) Buyer role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company based in London. This Truck Company, a sommelier of both high-end automobiles and sophisticated design is proud to offer custom furniture for exceptional people. An experienced person is sought to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

Have knowledge of the supply chain.
A bachelor's degree is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulousness are required.
IT literate with strong time management skills.
Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
Potential of commuting/relocating to Bradford.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Produce weekly stock usage reports and take part in monthly reporting tasks.
Using supply chain tools and systems such as Zoho.
Interacting with vendors and maintaining/building relationships with them (including overseas)
Finding new suppliers.
Assisting R&D with ordering and receiving new products.
System-wide management of new product introductions.
Shipment documents and delivery notes must be processed.
Organizing sea shipments with selected logistics providers.
Order processing and purchase order creation, as well as record adjustments.
Interact with other divisions, such as stock arrival schedules and the introduction of new products.
Accurate upkeep of internal spreadsheets and other records.
Coordination with support roles to resolve any outstanding accounts or stock issues.
When necessary, generate stock usage, credit, or progress reports.
Periodic stock system and warehouse reconciliation.
Develop and uphold connections with independent businesses.
Data analysis, trend reporting, and product sourcing.
