We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Advisor role in a Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry company based in New York. The brand evokes images of beauty, romance, and excellence. It has left the luxury market with a legacy of exquisite designs and romantic ideals for more than 100 years. They are looking for individuals to join the shop at Heathrow Airport, who are enthusiastic about and have an established track record in sales, jewelry, luxury retail, or relevant client-related expertise (e.g., hospitality).

Job Requirements:

  • Must be presently based in the UK and have a valid work visa.
  • Knowledge of luxury retail, retail experience, or relevant client-related knowledge (e.g., hospitality).
  • A track record of success in generating sales.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to work with a wide range of clients.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
  • A degree from college or university.
  • It is preferable to have a graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Passion for growing business through establishing client relationships.
  • Improve our client relationships to increase lifetime loyalty and spending.
  • Maintain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
  • Capture client information. 
  • Maintain existing and new client relationships. 
  • Deliver a sizeable portion of your sales through repeat customers. 
  • Drive sales by focusing on key product pillars.
  • Improve the in-store experience by consistently providing memorable moments to every customer.
  • Show enthusiasm as a brand ambassador at each selling ceremony.
  • Use the client experience vision and the client experience behaviours that were identified in the Voice of the Client Survey.
  • Implement best practises by optimising hospitality and store facilities to create one-of-a-kind experiences, and act on achievement and client feedback.
