We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist role in a Financial Services company based in Attiki. The company has over a decade of experience providing its global clients with dependable and excellent forex market brokerage services that are entirely transparent. It is looking for a motivated and skilled customer service agent to join its London team, contributing significantly to its rapidly expanding clientele.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Chinese is preferred, and English fluency is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related customer service field is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of financial or related experience (Essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous sales/customer service experience is required.
- Excellent time management and task management abilities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting new clients with account onboarding.
- Continuing assistance for current customers regarding the management of their accounts.
- Coordinating with the appropriate departments to see that customer requests are fulfilled.
- Ensure proper communication delivery to new and existing clients.
- Coordinating telephone, email, and live chat interactions on a website.
- Offer top-notch assistance and support in a range of areas, ranging from but not limited to system/technical troubleshooting, login/account problems, accounting, and back-office questions.
- Monitor the status of the client's response.
- Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the required KYC, AML, and Due Diligence controls.
- As needed, escalate all/any issues to senior management to ensure that pending issues are resolved as soon as possible.
