We have an opportunity for an Operations Executive role in a Transportation Logistics Supply Chain and Storage company based in London. The company provides customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, and VAT compliance services to domestic & global businesses involved in importing and exporting goods. As an operations executive, the company is seeking a proactive person.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in global trade and logistics would be advantageous.
- Chinese speaker.
- Possess a positive outlook, a solid work ethic, and the desire to produce results.
- It is necessary to have strong communication and management skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiating business deals with clients.
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their shipments.
- Communication with the operations team to ensure the quality of service.
- Organize the fleet and warehouse's daily schedules.
- Collect product information and communicate with other departments to resolve issues as they arise.
