We have an exciting opportunity for a VIP Services Executives role in a Gambling Facilities and Casino based in London. It is looking for skilled VIP Services Executives with a professional and friendly demeanour when dealing with all visitors.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a high-end luxury concierge is required.
- Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, and Cantonese is preferred.
- Capable of interacting with all guests professionally and courteously.
- Detail-oriented, strong communication and a customer-first attitude are all required.
Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality service and take a proactive, proactive attitude by being responsive.
- Build strong relationships with valuable consumers by providing outstanding service and gaming experiences that are personalised to their specific needs across all products.
- Manage the expansion of the database of VIP customers in the intermediate and lower tiers.
