We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager role in a Software Development company based in Beijing. It is a renowned internet brokerage service that focuses on Chinese investors around the world. The company seeks to hire a qualified Mandarin speaker to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent skill with Microsoft Excel.
- Mandarin fluency.
- It is ideal to have prior Xero experience.
- Having experience reporting in a setting that is FCA regulated.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle payments, invoices, income, and receipts, and keep your cashbook up to date.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, which include reviewing sales and analysing KPIs.
- Upkeep of accounting procedures and financial ledgers.
- Planning for the budget and forecast each quarter.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outside auditors.
- Assure that the CEO is well-informed on all areas of the Group's finances.
