We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Communications Manager role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company. It is the world's leading provider of connected car services, with millions of drivers and organisations using it to locate and pay for parking, EV charging, fueling, and tolls. The Product Communications Manager will develop concise external product and business messaging for B2B customers globally, focusing especially on the European and North American markets and building strong media relations.
Job Requirements:
- A strong technical copywriter with excellent communication skills who can take complex ideas and turn them into content and propositions that are centered on the needs of the customer.
- Passion for communicating technical product information in line with the core value of "Passionate about Jobs."
- Extensive knowledge of effective go-to-market marketing/communications tactics.
- Must feel comfortable speaking with senior executives and others outside the company about new products and roadmaps.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Previous marketing communications experience in the automotive or technology industries would be advantageous.
- A communications or marketing-related bachelor's degree.
- Mandarin proficiency would be advantageous, as would be a native English speaker.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and carry out international communication methods for new and existing clients in Europe, North America, and Asia.
- Establish a strong connection between the marketing and product teams by serving as a "Product Champion."
- Manage all PR-related tasks, such as writing press releases, contacting the media, attending events, and managing PR firms.
- The positioning of thought leadership and overall messaging should be developed.
- Create and implement paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to promote content, increase website traffic, and increase customer and prospect engagement.
- Organize and optimise the blog and monthly newsletter for customers' content to increase engagement.
- Create and improve sales and product marketing materials to assist the sales team.
- Line management of one team member.
