We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Conveyancer role in a London-based Legal Services firm. The firm offers client-focused speciality legal services that are specifically personalised. It seeks applicants with extensive expertise and understanding of commercial and residential conveyancing, including leasehold purchases and sells, new construction, help to buy, and joint ownership.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding verbal and written English and Chinese language abilities.
Experience with business and/or residential conveyancing transactions for at least three years.
Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working with huge caseloads is a plus.
Good personal organisation and attention to detail abilities.
Ability to operate under duress and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate expertise working with deals from the first inquiry through the post-closing phase.
Business-minded.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Take charge of own caseload.
Provide all customers with a high-quality legal service.
Meet with clients, offer practical advise, and follow their instructions.
Educate clients on the law and legal problems that pertain to their case.
Monitor and evaluate junior solicitors, trainees, and assistants.
Prepare all property legal papers, letters, and contracts based on the needs of the customer.
Keep up with the latest legal developments and changes.
