We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant role in a Law Practice based in London. The firm has expanded to become one of South London's most multicultural and varied law firms with specialised attorneys driven to excel. It is seeking to hire a capable team player with the necessary skills to fill the position of experienced CEO Assistant who will manage all general, administrative, and substantive affairs.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of expertise in the legal industry, administration, and HR is required.
English and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency are essential.
You must also be able to work in the UK.
The ability to evaluate priorities and apply good judgment as necessary.
Strive for excellence by consistently giving your best effort.
Ability to think outside the box when necessary.
Demonstrated time-management and communication abilities; showing the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO with all administrative tasks necessary to guarantee the effective day-to-day operation of the law practise.
Get in touch with the Executive Officer directly and follow his instructions effectively.
To achieve deadlines, effectively communicate and control your time.
Adapt well to a fast-paced atmosphere and finish additional tasks given to you.
Answer calls, texts, and emails swiftly.
To save the CEO time, it is necessary to study, investigate, acquire, and analyse information ahead of time.
Organize complicated calendars and timetables, as well as handle scheduling concerns.
