We have an exciting opportunity for a Hubspot Marketing Manager role in an Education Administration business. It is the top early years educational brand in the UK and uses a unique educational strategy to foster global understanding and provide children with significant cognitive benefits. The organisation is looking to hire someone who can take control of its CRM and turn it into a strategic growth marketing platform that carries out their marketing plan across various media for various stakeholder groups.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital marketing through both paid and performance platforms.
- Specialisation in CRM management and B2C Hubspot marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation.
- Understanding of lead processing and marketing attribution.
- A minimum of two of the following categories: paid social, paid search, conversion optimization, analytics, and SEO tactics.
- Ability to manage and track the effectiveness of campaigns using Google Analytics.
- Imagination and critical thinking.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent ability to solve problems.
- Capability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Deployment of the marketing spends (3% of revenue) in regions determined to provide the optimum value and ROI for sales and revenue targets.
- Finding any subcontractors that are necessary and gaining their assistance within that budget.
- The maintenance of digital presence (including the management of WordPress website) and competitive analysis and keyword positioning.
- Utilizing workflows and automation, Hubspot CRM administration and growth marketing tactics create marketing funnels that result in sales.
- Implementing the content and key communication strategies will best represent the brand to important stakeholder groups.
- Utilising Hubspot and several social media networks for social media planning.
- All digital acquisition techniques, including paid search and social.
- A comprehensive review of ROI measurements, reporting, and platforms.
