We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer of Mobile Devices role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Beijing. It is a supplier of cutting-edge operating system technology, as well as top-tier goods and services, and expertise in mobile, IoT, automotive, and enterprise. This job is for young people who are fluent in Chinese, have expertise in QA testing, and are motivated to advance their careers in that field.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of local mobile network providers
- It is best to have experience using ADB, QXDM, or other debugging tools.
- Familiarity with the Android system and fundamental test techniques.
- Good knowledge of testing techniques and procedures.
- Degree in engineering, computing, communications, or informatics.
- Familiarity with manual testing and testing Android mobile apps for six months or more (desirable).
- Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of the local language, excellent written English, and intermediate+ spoken English (a must).
- Interested in log analysis and communication protocols.
- Familiar with the features and operations of mobile phones.
- Knowledgeable about defect management.
- Smart, self-driven, capable of learning and driving oneself, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the localisation test properly in the region.
- Complete the test scenarios the R&D team has provided and send accurate test results back.
- Assist R&D in resolving issues that arise during test scenarios.
- Assist R&D in debugging and capturing accurate Log data.
- On-site assistance for users in resolving regional issues.
- Responsible for designing and optimising localised cases.
