We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant role in a Hong Kong-based Logistics & Supply Chain company. The company is a technology-enabled multinational courier firm that provides end-to-end delivery services and is now operating in various countries including APAC and Europe. It is searching for an experienced Finance Assistant to join its team in the United Kingdom.

Job Requirements:

Accounting or finance majors with a bachelor's degree or higher.
2+ years of relevant experience in the financial department or as an accountant, working for a multinational corporation (Logistics experience is an advantage).
Solid working knowledge and comprehension of UK accounting concepts.
Business fluency in Chinese and English, as well as excellent oral and writing communication skills.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Working understanding of Ms Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Exact system (or comparable) experience is a plus.
Work permission is required.
Professional and trustworthy
Have expertise in the field and keeps up with changes.
Collaborative across the company.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for revenue and expense accounting, as well as gross profit analysis for projects or clients.
Be accountable for entering or uploading company data and invoices into the settlement system.
In charge of managing AR/AP, setting up supplier payments, and pursuing customer payments.
Accountable for verifying, processing, and recording journal entries in the financial system while ensuring that purchase invoices follow the established protocols.
Produce a weekly cash flow statement and payments.
Monthly preparation of the expense report and other paperwork needed for the financial statement.
