We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Engineer, Channel - APAC role in a Software Development company based in California. Its goal is to secure business ecosystems on the internet by using an integrated, end-to-end ID verification and eKYC solution. Pre-sales technical presentations, product testing, integration, and client onboarding are just a few of the activities that the Solutions Engineer will play a significant part in extending and enhancing. Solutions Engineers' high-value outputs include increasing pipeline conversion rates, assisting with revenue growth, and assuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Background in presales is extensive.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience dealing with channels (including tight collaboration with channel partners and enabling partners).
  • A demonstrated history of working in a technical pre-sales, technical implementation management, or technical consulting capacity within an enterprise-level SaaS context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; accustomed to engaging with people at various levels and across departments in corporate customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities mixed with strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Indirect sales experience, including sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of enabling channel partners.
  • A thorough understanding of technology partner ecosystems, including various partner schemes, roles, and compensation plans.
  • Written and spoken Chinese language proficiency is highly desired.
  • Good technical skills in scripting languages, online, mobile, and APIs.

 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and putting into practise high-value client onboarding and identity verification solutions in collaboration with channel partners and end users.
  • Technical team training/enablement for a partner.
  • Embrace company solutions throughout partner networks.
  • Assisting the Account Executive and Account Management groups, as well as other channel partners, with technical and functional subject matter knowledge.
  • Prospecting with partners to elicit information, comprehend the intended use-case, and offer recommendation(s) on how to most effectively apply the company technology to satisfy needs.
  • Actively supporting the completion of RFPs, RFIs, and solution presentations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the technical and functional understanding of existing and new product features in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and other business divisions.
  • Constructing and distributing customised demos across several platforms (web, iOS, Android).
