We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Trainee role in a London-based international online gaming company. The Management Trainee's duties include completing all assigned tasks, which may include carrying out tasks in various departments, attending meetings and workshops, etc. Excellent attention to detail, clarity of speech, and the ability to spot issues early on are necessary for success as a management trainee.
Job Requirements:
- It is crucial to have excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Eligible for employment in the UK.
- Outstanding coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required, as well as a strong learning ability.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour with employees, adaptability to change.

- Offer product features, business plans, and individualised support to our customers.
- Produce weekly reports while keeping an eye on the operation.
- Organize and analyse operational data to make recommendations for future operations.
- Quickly respond to additional requests and give the Company feedback that is optimised.
- Support various parts of the world with data and back-office operations.
- During the probation period, you will have the opportunity to rotate through the departments of customer service, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Assist in daily operations while completing all tasks that have been assigned to you.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and other educational events.
- Observe and learn from more experienced employees.
- Learn the policies, procedures, and processes of the company.
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, and other senior personnel.
- Comply with any requirements and achieve the goals established at the start of the traineeship.
- Travel to various offices and take part in routine tasks as needed.
