We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant role in a London-based Real Estate company. With the help of industry experts, it aims to make the process of selling real estate as quick, easy, and stress-free as possible. Candidates with previous sales experience will be preferred.

Job Requirements:

Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are all fluent.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be enthusiastic.
It is preferable to have one year of high-end sales experience.
Prioritization, time management, and organisational abilities are required.
Outstanding communication, selling, and negotiating skills.
Good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Possess a thorough knowledge of all the properties we are selling, the buying procedure, tax and stamp duty structures, and legal jargon.
Sending messages, making cold calls, attending events, and other similar actions are ways to contact sales leads.
Create, nurture, and sustain positive business and client relationships.
Maintain service levels by company standards throughout the entire process, from viewing to completion.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
When necessary, host and participate in events both in person and virtually.
Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
Traveling both domestically and internationally is required.
There will be some weekend work required.
