We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant role in a Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry company based in London. A junior entry level Mandarin/Taiwanese-speaking sales assistant who is passionate about selling and provides exceptional customer service is needed by this luxury jewellery business to join their London boutique. For those who are ready to learn and have decent manners, luxury retail experience is not necessary.
Job Requirements:
- A capable salesperson who is motivated by their customers' joy.
- Dedicated and trustworthy.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand everything there is to know about a product.
- Used to working with KPIs and budgets.
- Have an interest in fashion and the corresponding consumer behaviour and expectations.
- It is preferable to have prior experience in a comparable role.
- Team player and supportive of colleagues.
- Adaptable & flexible to the needs of the business.
- Want to go above and beyond expectations and develop within the brand.
- Outstanding communication abilities, independence, friendliness, and patience.
- Organised, competent, and self-assured.
- Proficient in Mandarin; being able to speak other languages would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Extending a warm welcome to all clients.
- Lead your team's sales efforts while achieving performance goals and KPIs.
- For all product categories, engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling.
- Provide clients with exceptional service while adhering to business policies.
- Manage customer service quality to provide a professional and caring touch while meeting customer expectations.
- Utilize the retail IT system correctly for customer database input, stock queries, payments, and stock transfers.
- Support the operations of the store.
- Give your customers a special experience.
- increase sales as much as possible by expanding our customer database.
- Take time to study the subtleties.
- Follow the rules for visual merchandising.
- Be mindful of the stock's arrangement.
- Attend training classes on collection DNA and sales tactics.
