We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal - APAC Real Estate Team role in a renowned UK law practise with a worldwide clientele, decades of experience, a seasoned viewpoint, and expertise in finding innovative legal solutions. Ideal candidates will have prior property experience in a legal setting.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally, possess prior property-related experience in a legal setting.
- The ability to exercise initiative is required.
- Savvy about business and possessing excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and a team approach are also essential.
- Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking individuals are preferred.
- Must feel at ease working in a demanding team.
- Proactive, dependable, trustworthy, self-assured, and adaptable.
- Must possess a British passport or be fully eligible to live and work in the UK for an extended period of time.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- File opening.
- Compliance with AML.
- Completing and post-completion chores for administrative exchange requirements.
- Creating bills and financial statements.
- Submitting the SDLT and AP1 forms.
- Archiving.
- Responsibilities related to general administration and system updates both internally and externally.
- Touch with clients under supervision.
