We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant role in a London-based Real Estate firm. It is London's leading property developer and asset manager, a company that specializes in the development, investing, building, and operating of all residential areas, luxury properties, luxury serviced residences, and student housing. The Operations Assistant will collaborate with a fantastic team of local and international colleagues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher (Operations, sales, and accounting-related majors are preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the international property and immigration markets.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as independence and execution abilities.
- Excellent Chinese Mandarin and English communication and writing skills are required.
- A consistent sense of accountability initiative, creative thinking, eagerness to learn, and excellent teamwork are all required.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily reports to track the progress of the sales team in China.
- Coordination and liaison with China's sales department and solicitors to service the visa application, fingerprinting, and RP.
- Manage the service agreement and any additional documents with the business partner.
- Cooperate with the Accounting department to track payments and send out confirmation letters.
- Maintain the filing system and keep the team up to date on all operations and sales data.
- Check and keep track of the client list for upcoming work, and work with the Greek team to plan the inspection trip.
- Coordination with the Sales and Marketing departments, as well as integration of sales target status and results, are required to provide a complete picture for strategic planning and branding fee evaluation.
- Other related ad hoc tasks.
