We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Supervisor role in a retail company based in London. The brand has a long history of offering high-quality down items through a variety of offline storefronts and eCommerce channels in many different nations across the world. They are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a solid history in and knowledge of retail with a track record of effectively leading a team, achieving and surpassing corporate objectives, KPIs, and expectations, and a solid grasp of and expertise in retail.

- A degree-level education would be advantageous but is not required.
- It would be helpful to be fluent in Chinese/Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the store's routine operations by helping the store manager and assistant store manager.
- mentoring and training for the retail sales team with daily team updates that include the delivery of store KPIs and encouragement to surpass them.
- Promotional information, new product introductions, and training that supports them are all communicated.
- Collaboration and support for social media material such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ensure that the store is always immaculately displayed, efficiently merchandised, clean, neat, and a safe place for both customers and workers.
- Make sure all administrative tasks are finished promptly and reported to top management as necessary.
- Organize meetings for RTW and lateness, and, if needed, help in additional HR-related meetings.
- Make sure new hires are introduced to the organisation and given the necessary training to adhere to both employment law and company rules.
- Ensuring the security of employees and guests at the shop with health and safety compliance.
- Respect legal and organisational standards for cash handling, branch security, health and safety, and other administrative processes.
- Security measures for the employees working in stores and against theft.
- Recognizing where and how to handle shop spending properly will help you cut back on unnecessary spending and keep things operating smoothly in the business.
- Sales balancing, store banking, and cash administration
- Effective stock management to make sure the proper stock is accessible at the appropriate time and location.
- Leading and motivating the team with an 80/20 ratio, with the sales floor as the main focus.
- Produce and provide training for new collections, sales, services, and customer journeys using materials and in-person presentations.
- Identify daily workflow with the assistance of the assistant manager and assign it to the team as necessary.
- Provide the senior management with daily and weekly reports and updates for employee productivity to be effectively controlled.
- Be accountable for the branch's opening and closure in a secure manner.
- Occasionally take on additional duties and obligations to meet the requirements of the company.
