We have an exciting opportunity for an Alternative Investment, Director role in a global Investment Management firm. It is a worldwide fund management platform emphasising the active management of assets to create long-term value. It seeks to hire an extensively experienced person to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

• Real estate investing track record that may be seen in several important markets (such as the UK, Germany, Western European capitals, and CEE).
• At least 8+ years of relevant work experience in alternative investments.
• A proven track record across all asset classes. Excellent asset operational experience is necessary.
• Excellent leadership and managerial abilities, as well as unwavering integrity.
• Success in creating, expressing, and designing structures and strategies that maximise the growth and returns of a property or portfolio.
• Must hold a BA or BS from an approved university; degrees in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics, or a closely related field are desired.
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of exposure in real estate investing and finance, as well as solid, hands-on expertise in financial modelling and demonstrated direct experience in underwriting real estate.
• Ability to produce short and clear investment analyses, as well as the ability to effectively synthesise information and interact with others verbally.
• Strong organisational skills, including the capacity to manage several projects at once and set priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff on crucial projects.
• Ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative environment.
• A strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and entrepreneurialism, as well as a willingness to operate in a fast-paced workplace.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
