Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients, answering their inquiries, enhancing product engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Making the buyer feel special and distinct throughout the purchasing process.
• Actively approach people in the shop.
• Fostering fruitful customer relationships based on trust.
• Maintaining product knowledge and discussing available choices.
• Help with stock delivery.
• Ensuring that stuff is presented in store windows and according to business requirements.
• Preserving the company's image at the point of sale by keeping the store clean.
• The store's opening and closure.
• Processing cash and credit card payments.
• Reporting inconsistencies and issues to the Store Manager.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Handling finances, running cash registers and balancing drawers.
• Guiding people in the direction of shop goods.
• Customers are being introduced to new promos and possibilities.
• Product cross-selling to enhance purchase quantities.
