We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in a Technology, Information, and Internet company. It is a customer-focused online food ordering platform that enables users to quickly order their favourite cuisine. The primary responsibility of a customer service professional is to handle requests from customers made by phone, email, or any other method. Their major responsibility is to provide the initial point of contact for any clients contacting with questions, and to either effectively address any concerns or escalate them to the proper department.
Job Requirements:
- Support & Services for Clients with 1 year's worth of work experience is necessary.
- The ability to reliably commute to Birmingham is essential, or relocation is planned before starting work there.
- Mandarin fluency is essential.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming calls and try your best to resolve first-call issues.
- Make sure that all incoming emails are reviewed and responded to appropriately.
- Investigate and promptly and effectively address customer issues. To guarantee that issues are escalated to the appropriate department or agency if they cannot be handled.
- Using MS, keep detailed and accurate customer service records.
- Keep hidden and protect any records that include sensitive information, including money.
- To ensure a basic understanding of all pertinent technology and services offered by the organisation, learn, maintain, and upgrade your knowledge.
- Inform clients of any product orders, including any delays or changes in delivery, promptly.
- Use a range of techniques, such as contacting the customer, sending an SMS, or emailing the client, to ensure that all orders are successfully accepted by the clients.
- Respond to requests for Change of Ownership and Change of Name in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with the Datman Account Registration & Verification Process
- Make active outbound phone calls to clients to do daily check-ins and schedule SMS/email campaigns.
- All inbound inquiries should be resolved on the first call, and escalation should be finished when necessary.
- Enter all client information into MS.
