We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager in a Vancouver based Internet company. The company is a technology firm that offers a one-stop platform that connects consumers with local eateries as well as e-commerce and marketing services. The company is looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaker individual to fill this position based in Manchester.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing obligations, with at minimum 1 year of exposure in Sales and Marketing management.
Strong negotiating, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable, patient, dependable, honest, and responsible when handling administrative tasks.
Quick learner with exceptional troubleshooting abilities and the ability to think strategically.
Have a keen understanding of internet usage and data.
Local merchant networks will be advantageous.
Enthusiastic and innovative, with a value for both individual and organisational development.
Prioritizing career advancement opportunities and a high-quality working environment.
Preferably commute or plan to relocate before beginning work.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain oversight of the assigned city's delivery, branding, marketing, platform operation, and HR administration.
Responsible for monitoring quantitative results in order quantity, profit growth, and delivery service efficiency in a given city.
To actively expand market coverage, guide business operations, and establish partnerships with businesses, thoroughly comprehend the local market.
Recruit new talent and train current employees.
