Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and summarising papers and evidence for a client or a potential client.
• Writing letters and papers under supervision.
• Attending to customers and taking orders.
• Managing all new customer inquiries for the team.
• Conducting legal research.
• Organizing the filing and distribution of the material in electronic or paper copy.
• Fee-earning job that requires supervision, such as visiting customers to acquire proof, directions, and evaluating documents.
• Taking notes during meetings and hearings.
• Coordinating with and briefing counsel.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as calendar management, packaging, scanning, and other tasks as needed.
• Gathering and organising documents that are crucial for attorneys to evaluate.
• Organizing and maintaining client files in paper or computer format, working on trials and CMC hearings, and filing in court (e-filing and RCJ hard copy filing).
• Executing administrative tasks (organize case files, schedule hearings, and deadlines, handle logistics, etc.).
• Assisting Associates and Partners with general case management, file and trial preparation, including submission, documentation, hearings, investigations, and overall financial litigation.
