We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse return and value-added operative role in a Shanghai-based Logistics company. The company is the world's most trusted provider of cross-border after-sales logistics services, with a service network that spans key cross-border trade markets including China, Australia, the US and Europe. Currently, it is looking for a bi-lingual person to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese, both orally and in writing.
Ability to grasp and follow orders properly while working under time limitations.
Basic manufacturing and operations principles and techniques are required.
Detail-orientedness is required.
Capability to efficiently organise and handle various priorities.
Work experience in a warehouse or distribution setting with exposure to material handling equipment is required.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and storing returned items.
Examine the goods for damage.
Assess if they can be resold or discarded.
Shelf restocking.
Preparing things for transportation.
Keep track of all product returns and maintain a database of them.
Examine and reconcile the amounts returned with the quantities on the return forms and documentation.
Analyze and suggest improvements to the present returns, value-added service, and re-box activities.
Attitude toward customer service, with a readiness to follow direction and give value to the client and the company.
