We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator role in a Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage company based in Coventry. With its extensive global network, the company, is a fast-growing business in the freight forwarding sector, servicing both domestic and international shipments. Due to the company's growth, a qualified applicant is needed to work full-time as a warehouse administrator at its Coventry facility.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of fulfilment and warehousing facilities
- Microsoft Office at an advanced level.
- Mandarin Chinese speaker.
- Excellent communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
- Self-motivation and ability to work alone
- Ideal to have 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Process duties and actions about incoming shipments in the form of containers, trucks, and packages efficiently within the Warehouse Department.
- Preparing and printing pallet labels and incoming papers.
- Support important projects and activities that will increase the effectiveness of the document handling process and cut down on time costs.
- Maintaining system and process evaluation (incoming physical products movement and WMS are included to enhance and develop departmental efficiency.)
- Serving as the initial and primary point of contact for all questions about warehouse incoming.
- Monitoring stock levels as directed by a site manager, keeping an eye on the WMS system, and sending weekly reports to the managers and warehouse supervisor.
