We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager role in an Appliance - Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing company headquartered in Hertfordshire. This multinational corporation offers a variety of display technologies and is expanding its widescreen display business in the vertical industries of corporate, retailing, hospitality, and higher education. It is looking for a product manager to join the team who has planning and product management skills. This person will be responsible for all facets of the product lifecycle, from conception through disposal.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of advanced AV setups, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Having knowledge of AV/Pro AV products.
- A degree in electronics and an understanding of the IP network are advantages.
- Understanding of and practical expertise with standard design software, such as CAD and Sketchup.
- Assertive, insightful, talkative, and self-assured personality.
- An enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic team member.
- Technical and mathematical acumen.
- Extensive proficiency in Excel.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across large geographic areas and cultures.
- Mandarin language ability is an advantage, as well as fluency in English.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's ProAV Projection service both internally and internationally.
- Assisting sales teams with intricate installation configurations and circumstances.
- Develop the marketing materials needed to effectively support and promote the offer throughout the product's lifetime.
- Close coordination of sales and PSI procedures with planning teams.
- The PSI process is closely monitored to ensure that we have a balanced inventory to support channel expansion while controlling the danger of overstocking.
- Organize a pan-European price investigation and market landscape completion
- Develop and put into practise plans for expanding and commercialising local support and service offerings.
- As directed by the Training Executive, inform and formally educate internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and cultivate connections with domestic and international suppliers.
- Regularly report to executives.
- Ad hoc project point of contact.
- assisting important events.
- Important contact.
- Be the significant point of contact for sales groups.
