We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator role in a Real Estate company based in London. It is a real estate consulting business that specialises in offering property investment and asset management advice solutions to Chinese in the United Kingdom. The business is now seeking a lettings negotiator with a background in sales to join the team.
Job Requirements:
- It is preferable to have prior experience in a comparable position.
- Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese skills.
- Willing to conduct cold calls and driven to go above and beyond monthly goals.
- Excellent customer service skills by phone, mail, chat, and in person.
- Optimistic, flexible, and willing to try new things.
- Capability to work independently and solve challenges.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing property listings.
- Making viewing arrangements with current renters.
- Attend viewings with fresh applicants.
- Aim for renting out 4 homes each month to new renters.
- Obtaining fresh orders from new landlords, with a monthly objective of 4.
