We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager role in a London-based real estate company. The firm is a real estate investment and development firm that has established itself as a prominent property developer, trader, and administrator. The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate who possesses the necessary amount of experience and qualifications to fill this role. This is a 1-year FTC role, with a possibility of becoming a permanent role for an exceptionally performing candidate.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing for at least 5 years.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Prior international marketing expertise is required, as is the ability to meet marketing demands in various target areas.
- Native fluency in Mandarin and exceptional written and spoken English.
- Prior budget management experience.
- Excellent time management abilities, the capacity to operate under pressure, and the capacity to handle several priorities, deadlines, and tasks at once.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from different teams and stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Experience with organising and planning events.
- Prior experience in line management
- Excellent detail-orientedness.
- Self-starter with the capacity to always operate independently and pro-actively.
- An excellent team player with a good capacity to put ideas into action.
- A self-driven person with the capacity to motivate others.
- Self-assured and capable of adjusting to a fast-paced workplace.
- Real estate knowledge is beneficial but not necessary.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, implement, and assess marketing and communications policies that will help the brand gain traction in target areas and efficiently generate high-quality leads.
- Deliver top-notch marketing materials and powerful publicity for all businesses and initiatives.
- Plan, create, and execute very effective campaigns for new launches.
- Produce innovative ideas and fixes for a variety of mediums.
- Run the marketing department
- Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget for the introduction of new products by managing activities across teams and the agency network.
- Plan and execute projects' marketing initiatives in close collaboration with partner agencies.
- Ascertain that all of the sales teams are aware of the upcoming and ongoing marketing and product launching efforts.
- Responsible for reviewing the performance of all of the websites and ensuring that material is current across all online platforms.
- Create, implement, and assess digital initiatives, and produce regular performance updates for all digital channels.
- Utilize digital initiatives to generate cost-effective leads.
- Develop and implement the team's social media plans and strategies for platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Weibo, and WeChat.
- Act as a brand advocate.
- Ensure that the brand identity is consistent across all platforms.
- Create templates and best practises with the team.
