We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor role in an Investment Management company based in London. It's a professional asset and investment management firm that offers discretionary and advisory financial solutions and is approved and regulated by the FCA. It is looking for a bilingual Chinese speaker with relevant experience to join the team.
Job Requirements:
- CeMAP certified.
- Working experience in the mortgage/home finance advisory field of at least 2years.
- Education with a degree in either Accounting and Finance, Business and Management, or Real Estate.
- Outstanding communication and listening abilities.
- A fluent Chinese speaker who is bilingual is an asset.
- Confidence in working with numbers and explaining financial goods to clients.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage a hectic job and good time management abilities.
- An approach that is open and trustworthy.
- Respect for sensitive info.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- A thorough understanding of each client's background and financial circumstances.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various types of mortgages to promote and sell goods to clients.
- Provide guidance on the most appropriate mortgage arrangement, including terms, repayments, and mortgage protection.
- Providing general information on the home-buying process.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, which includes collecting KYC paperwork and mortgage applications.
- Develop and maintain good working connections with mortgage lenders, realtors, appraisers, and other relevant third-party industry partners.
- Keeping up with the most recent mortgage products as well as any industry regulatory developments.
- Respect the right to privacy of clients, adhere to tight industry regulations and guidelines, and provide objective and suitable financial advice.
