We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assitant role in a Cardiff-based E-commerce company. This is a full-time role in a busy work environment offering PSW.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise or a marketing degree would be ideal.
- Outstanding sales abilities and a track record of surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentation and writing communication abilities are exceptional.
- Strong aptitude for learning and gaining subject-matter competence.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Sense of accountability
- Capabilities in negotiations.
- Persuasive, upbeat, and energetic personality.
- Self-motivated, active, and fast to pick up new information.
- Problem solver and open-minded.
- Ability to analyse and comprehend the market and recognise the demands of clients.
- Technology expertise that is up to date.
- A valid driver's licence is required (Preferred).
- Comfortable with making cold calls (Preferred).
- Being able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus (Preferred).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers at the store.
- Taking full advantage of all sales possibilities, including up-selling and cross-selling as needed.
- At all times, providing great customer service and cultivating client loyalty.
- Assisting consumers in the areas of finance, purchase, delivery, and overall pleasure.
- Customer complaints are minimised while chances for corporate growth are identified.
- Gathering information in preparation for the purchase of a new product.
- Making phone calls and visits to regular and new consumers.
- Portfolio product sales and profit objectives are being met.
- Managing the customer database as needed, building a strong customer network, and having a thorough understanding of local customers and businesses.
- Managing social media and corporate blogs to generate more interest.
- Creating new consumer relationships.
