We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London. It is a real estate consulting business that specialises in offering property investment and asset management advice solutions to Chinese in the United Kingdom. The business is now seeking an experienced Chinese and English-speaking Property Manager to join the team.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably has at least a year's worth of experience managing rental properties.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
- Excel and Word proficiency.
- Effective telephone and email communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance responsibilities.
- Billing for unoccupied/tenanted space.
- Stock check-in and check-out.
- Deposit protection and evaluation of dilapidation for the purpose of deposit deduction.
- Renewal of tenancy.
