We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Specialist - Business Analyst role in a Shenzhen based Medical Device company. The firm is one of the world's major suppliers of medical devices and systems. To fill this post, the organisation is looking for someone bilingual in Mandarin and English, has exceptional commercial analytical abilities, and is well-versed in BI technologies.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a field with a strong analytics concentration
• Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English
• Extensive knowledge in data analysis techniques / BI tools (Tableau, Visual Basic, BI or equivalent)
• Experience with commercial data, data analysis and BI-based roles is preferred
• MS Office skill specifically Excel at an advanced level is required
• Capability to work in the UK without a visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver business and sales data analysis reports that enable stakeholders and the key executives to make educated decisions
• Allow regional executives to perform business evaluations and active lead management to boost sales pipeline transparency
• Measure and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior executives at headquarters
• Lead the assessment, research, and assessment of sales trends across all appropriate modalities to ensure that sales and operational KPIs are met
• Assist internal stakeholders with BI features and data content inside dashboards
• Daily upkeep of the opportunity management solution
• Address user expectations as well as system optimization needs
• Identify novel operational savings and make recommendations to increase data quality and timeliness
• Create a regional information management platform
