We have an exciting opportunity for a Label Licensing Officer role in a Non-profit Organization based in London. This multinational organisation promotes initiatives to preserve seas and future seafood supply. It is seeking to hire a candidate with Mandarin language proficiency with experience in administration and customer support.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding writing and verbal proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
A second language would be advantageous.
A commitment to exceeding customers' expectations in the delivery of great customer service.
A desire to learn more about licencing procedures and the licencing team's position within the organisation.
Ability to apply complicated laws, regulations, and policies in real-world situations.
Possesses excellent communication skills and exudes confidence while interacting with individuals of all ranks.
Exceptional attention to detail and database expertise, including data input and processing.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the licencing team's process of supporting it and grant requests for the usage of labels.
Build relationships with clients while working directly with the commercial personnel in regional offices on licencing and business challenges.
Make sure the database has all the necessary data input appropriately.
Be in charge of examining artwork to ensure compliance and adherence to specific branding criteria.
Communicating with clients and managing the accounts
Participate in any necessary change negotiations and adhere to deadlines.
