We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting and Admin Assistant role in a Computers and Electronics Manufacturing based in the UK. The company specialises in the design of wireless and intelligent audio and video transmission receivers, demodulation, streaming and display devices, and smart wearables. It is looking for an experienced Chinese Mandarin Speaking Accounting & Admin Assistant to work in its Hertfordshire office:

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required.
Accounting and administrative experience in the UK for at least 1 year is required.
Organised and meticulous work ethic.
Excellent commercial aptitude.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to operate under pressure.
When required, the ability to act independently and responsibly.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese at all levels.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn new systems.
Preferably commute to work or prepare to relocate before commencing the job.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations and accounting with Sage 50 Accounts.
Modeling, planning, budgeting, reordering, and costing analysis with Excel.
Assessment of service supplier charges, commissions & fees.
Processing transactions, invoices, petty cash, personnel costs, and business credit cards.
Assisting the firm with clerical and administrative tasks.
Assisting the business function via internal communication.
Liaison with the UK, Germany, and China offices.
Assisting in product purchase as an administrator.
Other periodic accounting and administrative tasks.
