We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist role in a Transportation, Logistics and Storage company. It is a technology-driven fourth-party logistics service (4PL) whose vision is to enable global supply chains and retail-standard distribution services for major e-commerce platforms. The Customer Service Specialist will work with a variety of online merchants in a fast-paced workplace where effective communication skill is critical, as the company wants someone who can build great customer connections and take positive action.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years or more of related customer service experience in the logistics sector, particularly with e-commerce fulfilment expertise is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to successfully engage with individuals from various functions.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Understand Microsoft office applications and computer abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, as well as the ability to operate in a group.
- UK work authorisation.
- Before starting employment, make sure you can commute reliably or that you have a plan to relocate (preferred).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide routine customer assistance to local customers through numerous communication platforms (email, phone, instant messenger, etc.).
- Manage client needs and expectations while ensuring that operating services adhere to workflow standards and KPIs.
- While promoting the organisation outside, be friendly, competent, and responsive.
- Record all system (Zendesk) input requirements promptly and precisely.
