We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme and Product Manager in an Internet company based in London. The company is a well-known software services provider, including custom software, enterprise applications, cloud integration and migration, product creation, and digital strategy consultation. The company is seeking to hire an English and Mandarin bilingual with the necessary skills to fill this position. This will initially be a contractual role with the potential of getting permanent.

Job Requirements:

Excellent English and Chinese Mandarin communication (written and spoken).
The expertise in product management and UX/UI design.
Possess strong SEO/digital marketing abilities (required).
Understand about using marketing techniques to uncover business development chances.
Working understanding of PM tools, notably ClickUp.
Knowledge of the basics of software design.
Respond quickly and always with a solution.
Have good empathy and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. As a program manager -

Daily interaction with the development team, both internal and external.
Daily communication and collaboration with senior management, project managers, and an affiliate marketing manager.
Communicating with outside providers regularly (depending on the project).
Dev support – reply to any urgent questions their project managers or editors may have.
Discuss, analyse, and prioritise needs while managing a program.
Project resource management and planning and monitoring of the project's schedule.
Analyze project costs and QA before each delivery, ALL project deliverables.

2. As a product manager -

Regular interaction with the internal development department.
Product roadmap planning and feature prioritisation.
Offer senior leadership advice and consulting on product monetization, growth strategies, and technical solution validation.
Conduct tests and experiments to improve the product's online presence and SEO performance.
Establish a regular internal training program for the staff on product development, SEO, and digital marketing.
