We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Completion Clerk role in a Beijing-based Global Law Firm. The business is a full-service law firm with branches in several countries that provide high-quality legal services. It is looking for an experienced post-completion clerk to join its prominent Property Department in London.
Job Requirements:
- It is essential to have prior experience with post-completion duties.
- Superior case management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The capacity to handle requisitions quickly and efficiently while offering outstanding customer care at all times.
- Excellent communication abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
- A high-energy, well-organized worker who feels at ease working in a crowded office.
- Capable of functioning in a big team atmosphere while also working on own initiative.
- Proactive and ecstatic.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing general assistance to the property team.
- Managing Post-Completion Tasks.
- Filing an SDLT return and applying to HM Land Registry.
- Responding to HM Land Registry requisitions.
- Client ledger reconciliation.
- Closing files, preparing and delivering title deeds packs to lenders and clients.
- Managing requests for the retrieval/transfer of old files, as well as all post-completion inquiries.
