We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company. The company is a division of one of the world's largest and most well-known collectible model makers. The selected candidate will work as part of a small team to contribute to expanding the business by managing the order, shipping, invoicing, and customer support processes.

Job Requirements:

Have past account management or retail experience and keen attention to detail.
Excellent functional understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Knowledge in the sports merchandise, motorsport, or automotive industries, as well as a thorough grasp of goods sales, would be desirable.
Business fluency in Chinese would be advantageous.
Candidates have a T2 visa.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and monitor the new product launches to clients.
Consult on product price with the director.
Manage client orders and order windows, as well as confirm manufacturing amounts with Factories.
Track shipments from the Factories and third-party shippers on a regular basis, and communicate shipments to clients.
Ensure timely delivery of vital information to Factories and customers.
Control and manage the billing process.
Develop connections with the growing number of customers.
Assist with customised manufacturing project management.
Be in charge of B2B company expansion, new customer acquisition, and customer management.
