We have an exciting opportunity for an RTW and Bridal Boutique Sales Advisor role in a Retail Apparel and Fashion company based in the UK. This is one of the most prominent and independent luxury fashion businesses in the UK, with global renown. Individuals with experience and awareness of the RTW sector would be well-suited for this position, which is customer-focused. With confidence, enthusiasm, and a flexible attitude, the Sales Advisor will give clients a remarkable 1st class experience.
Job Requirements:
- Proven retail expertise with premium brands, particularly with RTW for at least 1 year.
- Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to provide one-on-one consultations must be demonstrated.
- A consultative selling style infused with zeal, charm, and assurance.
- A team member who is proactive and has a can-do attitude.
- Ability to change one's style to suit the demands of the customer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Personal presentation qualities that are second to none.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- One-on-one consultation to create a connection and determine the client's needs.
- Expert brand awareness, delivering product solutions that match the clients' needs.
- Introducing the buyer to other goods that would be a good fit for their purchase.
- Providing consistent, great customer service that makes our customers feel appreciated and confident in recommending us.
- Orders, payments, appointment reservations, and general inquiries are all processed.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Deliveries are processed and scheduled.
- Merchandising on a broad scale.
- General cleaning responsibilities to keep the shop looking nice.
