We have an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Retail Sales Assistant role in a Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry based in Paris. The company is a century-old luxury lifestyle brand that is expanding globally via ever-changing collections with the world's finest designers and collaborations with top luxury companies. It is seeking an experienced person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of retail sales experience (preferred).
- 3 years of retail sales associate and till operator experience (preferred).
- 3 years of customer service expertise (preferred).
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Work authorization in the UK is required.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service and responding to requests.
- Processing cash, card, and internet payments.
- As needed, update customer records in the company's database.
- Processing goods returns and requests for cash refunds.
- Immediate notification of any inventory or service concerns to management and the relevant Account Manager.
- Promoting items in accordance with the company's guidelines.
- Product placement on shelves and promo displays.
- Unpacking and arranging fresh inventory.
- Managing the store's goods inventories.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
