We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a London-based Real Estate agency. It is a rapidly expanding real estate and investment firm that specialises in HMOs, planning benefits, conversions, refurbishment projects, and direct-to-vendor operations. To support the company's rapid expansion, an experienced Mandarin-speaking Property Manager is needed.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience managing residential properties (preferred).
- Mandarin proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent telephone manners.
- Good problem-solving abilities to cope with the vast range of challenges that develop on properties.
- A positive attitude and great motivation to work as a crucial member of this busy team are required.
- Solid math and IT abilities, including MS Word and Excel, are required.
- Detail-oriented person.
- Willing to collaborate with others.
- Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- ARLA accreditation (ideal, but not required).
- Multitasking, organising, and prioritising skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing landlords with advice and guidance on property management.
- Maintaining and developing connections with landlords and tenants while providing outstanding customer service.
- Organizing contractors for maintenance and large-scale projects to keep properties in prime condition.
- Property inspections are organised.
- Assuring that safety checks are completed.
- Assuring that all properties comply with current laws.
- Respond to all messages from landlords, renters, and contractors promptly.
- Contacting letting agents.
- Make sure the bookkeeping for the rental property is in order.
- Releasing deposits when needed, keeping all parties informed, and offering advice on any disagreements to reach an amicable resolution.
