We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant role in a Copenhagen-based Retail Apparel and Fashion company. This dynamic fashion house has grown into a global brand in readymade men's, women's, and accessory clothes. It is seeking a motivated Mandarin-speaking sales assistant to work in its London flagship shop.
Job Requirements:
- A competent salesman who is motivated by the delight of their customers.
- Have a client base and are quick to form solid client ties.
- someone who works well with others.
- Dedicated and reliable.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand everything there is to know about a product.
- Accustomed to dealing with KPIs and budgets.
- Have an interest in fashion and the customer behavior and expectations that go along with it.
- Have prior experience in a comparable job.
- Adaptable to flexible working hours (weekdays and weekends).
- Must be authorized to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Always act as a brand spokesperson.
- Ensure that each customer receives excellent service.
- Client connections should be developed, built, and maintained.
- Ensure that KPIs and budgets are met.
- Assist with the implementation of Visual Merchandising manuals.
- Maintain the store's and stockroom's regulations.
- Ensure that supply is supplied on a regular basis.
