We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator role in a London-based Leasing Real Estate company. The firm is based in the heart of London and is one of the rapidly growing estate agencies in the city. The firm is focused on providing high-quality service and believes that every client, regardless of price deserves it. The agency is looking for an experienced person to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

Only those with at least 2 years of experience as a lettings negotiator are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
It is preferable if you are willing to travel.
Have a proven track record of successfully concluding business.
Have good people skills and like closing agreements.
Money minded.
Excited about meeting or exceeding monthly commission objectives.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Clear and frequent marketing company's platform.
Regular client follow-up and response to all client inquiries promptly.
Providing lettings advice to clients.
Enter the applicant's information and property criteria into the system.
Identifying and securing prospect applications.
Taking potential renters on property tours.
Viewings should be followed up on, and lease bids should be secured.
Negotiating the terms of the lease between the tenant and the landlord
Maintaining regular contact with renters and clients, as well as developing positive rapport.
Delivering exceptional client service.
Keeping up with the latest developments in the local residential real estate market.
Working in a fast-paced workplace is a must.
