Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the cleaning team in maintaining all community areas clean and tidy, which includes wet vacuuming, polishing, and general upkeep.
• Wet cleaning of carpets and area rugs.
• Carrying out routine maintenance.
• General lawn and common space maintenance such as sweeping, power washing and polishing, etc.
• Keeping bin storage spaces clean and relocating and emptying bins as needed.
• Clean and disinfect waste areas.
• ensuring that recyclables and garbage are segregated and that collections are made regularly.
• Maintenance of the buildings and their surroundings in general.
• Report any concerns and instances to administration for prompt redressal
• Be familiar with the 'Health and Safety at Work Act,' and follow the regulations set forth to protect the safety of our stakeholders.
• Keep track of all mishaps and incidents.
• Attend fire lectures and exercises, and be completely aware of where fire alarms, safety gear, and exits are located.
