We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer role in a Warrington based Legal Services firm. The firm provides a comprehensive spectrum of specialized legal services, ranging from resolving compensation claims for professional malpractice and medical negligence to conveyancing, business immigration, and more. The business is searching for a highly driven, aspiring Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join the team. The primary goal of this position will be to aid in the growth of the Conveyancing/Private Client Department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience with extensive expertise in residential conveyancing.
- Knowledge of legislation governing the management of any data, whether personal or business-related.
- Knowledge of regulations and norms such as GDPR, FCA, SRA, and ISO 27001 is required.
- Transparent and open in dealings with the SRA and other authorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organisational abilities are necessary.
- Mandarin (both verbal and written) proficiency.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing caseloads for residential conveyance operations.
- Handling activities including the acquisition, transfer, re-mortgage, and sale of real estate.
- Collaborate closely with clients, realtors, commercial agencies, lending institutions and Conveyancers.
- You must be able to produce personal recommendations in order to build own customer base and produce additional work for the organisation.
