We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese national experienced Recruitment Manager- UK Universities role in an Education Administration Programs agency based in London. By acting as a link between higher education colleges in the United Kingdom and potential students, the firm is a proud representation of the UK's higher education institutions. The job holder will work as a recruitment manager on the administration, management, and growth of China market student recruitments.

Job Requirements:

  • UK degree or A level or comparable degree or expertise in English and mathematics is required.
  • 2 years of relevant field experience / international admission (required).
  • 3+ years of counseling, sales, and marketing experience in the education industry.
  • A track record of general administration and related field experience is required.
  • Working experience in a customer-focused setting.
  • Thorough understanding of data management regulations and best practices, including information freedom and data protection.
  • Capable of directing Chinese marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Customer Focus is dedicated to providing high-quality client service and is willing to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Problems and concerns are dealt with promptly.
  • Capable of being helpful and supportive of other team members, as well as taking advice from colleagues.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions procedure of a portfolio of curricula in close collaboration with institutions and overseas students, using agreed-upon criteria and assisting institutes in making consistent and fair admissions choices.
  • Manage CRM management, phone and email inquiries from prospects, their parents, instructors, and advisers independently and promptly.
  • Keeping records on EMS Pro, creating tasks, assisting customers in completing their admission, and updating institutions Spec sheet by using reporting tools as needed.
  • Process all incoming applications, validating applicants' credentials and eligibility, following institutions' application processing procedures, forwarding it to the appropriate institutes, and following the standard presentation.
  • Assist admissions officers in making timely and transparent offers that appropriately reflect the veracity of applicant judgments and authenticity.
  • Track applicant replies to choices and offers data on application status and process to partner institutes and specific Departments.
  • Examine and confirm the fees, application intake, and categorization.
  • Ensure that proper procedures are followed when handling fraudulent applications, candidates with criminal records, and under-age candidates.
  • Ensure that proper procedures are followed when dealing with overseas students who require visas in line with the most recent rule and regulations.
  • Maintain constant contact with both students and admissions officials at specific institutes.
  • Accepting the concerns expressed by clients without prejudice.
  • assisting customers in gaining a better knowledge of their problems.
  • Handle all inquiries courteously and helpfully (by phone, email, letter, fax, in person, and face to face).
  • Monitor the Request Tracker (web-based inquiry system) queues, and lead and assist in the collection of data for all admissions queries.
  • Assist the team in organising education fairs, open days, seminars, institute training, and any other relevant trips.
  • Assist with the creation and dissemination of PR materials, as well as the maintenance of online pages.
  • Assist with the reviewing and updating of all admission-related data.
  • Gathering course information, pricing structure, list of partner institutes, intake deadline, and entry requirements for the forthcoming intake.
  • Developing trusting and respectful relationships with partners and clients;
  • In the absence of the PA to the executive office personnel, fill in.
  • Assist with on-the-job training for new employees.
  • Follow-up and initiative for all previous, present, and potential clients' files.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Process expenses and bills.
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and obtaining office supplies as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and take minutes during meetings.
  • Check Visitor registration forms regularly.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.
